The project involves tracking data from planting to seed cleaning for three crops. The tour will also include a study involving two varieties of buckwheat funded by a USDA-SARE grant.  The Quishuim melon will be the final stop on the tour. Food was what brought them together\, and it is what they continue to be passionate about as farmers. We are excited to see what these foodies are doing on their farm and mill.
