SUMMARY:The Early Days of Transition and Farming with Data
DESCRIPTION:Blake Burggraff is an organic farmer who transitioned to organic production in recent years\, but has learned a great deal along the way.  Join fellow farmers interested in hearing the how and why behind his family’s transition to organic farming practices\, strategies for success\, and challenges along the way. This small scale operation with implementable ideas for large and small operations has been the implementation site for a lot of trial and error. With some good success and solid lessons in production ag attendees will most certainly find attendance worth their time.  \nThis event is sponsored by NPSAS and USDA Transition to Organic Partnership Program.  \n9:00 – 9:30 – Registration\n9:30 am – Welcome and Introductions \n10:15 am – 12:00 pm Field Tour\n12:00 –  1:30 – Lunch along with Q & A on Organic Farming Strategies \n\nPlease SIGN-UP TODAY BELOW BY 10:00 am ON July 5 so we can prepare food numbers appropriately:\n\n \nThis is a USDA Transition to Organic Farm Production (TOPP) event of the Plains Region .\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n \n The Early Days of Transition and Farming with Data\n We look forward to seeing you in Hartford. \n \n Name(Required)\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Email\n \n Cell phone # (in case circumstances change on the day of the event)Do you have any questions you would like answered about ag innovation? Are you a farmer interested in organic farming?(Required)I am a farmer interested in new technology.I am already a certified organic organic farm.I am a farmer interested in more information on transitioning to organic farming.I am not a farmer\, I just think ag tech is cool. How did you hear about this event?Social MediaAdvertisementWord of MouthNewspaperOrganizational NewsletterOtherWant to keep up-to-date with our latest news and announcements?
