We’ve been preparing for our 39th Annual 2018 Winter Conference all summer long and we’re excited with the lineup! The event will be held again in Aberdeen, S.D. on January 25-27. Don’t miss this opportunity to support and connect with organic and sustainable ag growers and enthusiasts. We continue to see attendance grow each year and are expecting well over 600 farmers, ranchers and non-farm consumers to attend.

Your advertisement in the 40-page conference booklet reaches over 1700 households and businesses. Please refer to the forms for all the details/benefits and get signed up for the 2018 event. Booth space is limited to 52 and on a first-come basis. Forms, cosponsor and ad deadline is set for Friday, October 13.

Cosponsor & Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor setup is on Thursday, January 25 no earlier than 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Friday morning, starting at 6:30 a.m. (Coffee will be available in the Courtyard!)
Two chairs and one 6-foot table with black table coverings are provided, no skirting or pipe and drape. Space will be limited in this facility, so please know we will try to accommodate as best we can.

Vendors will be located in the concourse area, indoor courtyard and the Prairie/Oz/Pioneer (POP) rooms based on sponsorship levels.

Stop by the registration table prior to set-up to pick up your information packet.

Exhibit hall opens:
Friday, Jan. 26 at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 27 Exhibit Hours: 8:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

NPSAS Board has instituted the following exhibitor policy:

Exhibitors MUST exhibit both days and remain intact until the vendor hall officially closes. No exceptions will be made to this rule.

Exhibitors breaking down or leaving early will be fined $250 and will forfeit any preferred or prime location at future conferences.
Failure to pay the fee will result in not being invited back.
Should extraordinary events occur requiring early departure from the conference, the exhibitor must notify Susan onsite and make arrangement for such an occurrence.
