Option 1: Wed. Pre-Conference - OARS Organic Academy Roadshow - Free for anyone interested in transitioning to organic farming. FULL DAY Thursday + 1/2 of Friday
If you're interested in learning more about transitioning to organic production, this ALL DAY event is for you. It begins at 10:00 am on the 21st and ends at 4:00 pm and includes the full morning session of the conference on the 22nd for free. It gives participants an in-depth introduction into the opportunities and details of transitioning your farm or ranch into a certified organic operation.
Option 2: Wed. Pre-Conference - Smarter Farming with AI: Planning, Risk & Profit - 1 - 4 pm on Wednesday
This hands-on workshop with Dr. Angela Jackson will help participants learn how practical AI tools can support real-world farm decisions, from crop planning to cost of production and risk analysis. This hands-on workshop will show how AI can clarify trade-offs, model scenarios, and improve profitability in organic and regenerative systems.
