Exhibitor Information
Exhibitor setup is on Thursday, January 24 no earlier than 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. and on Friday morning, starting at 6:00 a.m.
Two chairs and one 6-foot table with black table coverings are provided (8-foot table for higher level cosponsors), no pipe and drape. Space will be limited in this facility, so please know we will try to accommodate as best we can.
*Vendor location will be based on sponsorship levels.
Stop by the registration table prior to set-up to pick up your information packet.
Exhibit hall opens:
Friday, Jan. 25 at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 26 Exhibit Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Conference Vendor Policy
NPSAS Board has instituted the following Conference Vendor Policy:
Exhibitors MUST exhibit both days and remain intact until the vendor hall officially closes. No exceptions will be made to this rule.
Exhibitors breaking down or leaving early will be fined $250 and will forfeit any preferred or prime location at future conferences.
Failure to pay the fee will result in not being invited back.

Should extraordinary events occur requiring early departure from the conference, the exhibitor must notify Staff onsite and make arrangement for such an occurrence.
